Foreword

The site is located at the intersection of nature and the city. We chose to draw inspiration from nature and combine the physical space form of the building with the natural form of mountains, forests and lakes. At the same time, it conforms to the requirements of education development of the times, and strives to create an open, inclusive, diverse, and shared compound campus space.

Stages and Secrets

“Any Door” on Campus

One side of the site faces nature, surrounded by mountains, and the other side faces the city, full of traffic. The height difference of the site is complicated. We provide a multi-faceted platform. On the one hand, it can bridge the inconvenience caused by the difference in land use. Space – you can overlook the scenery, you can relax and exercise, and you can communicate. At the same time, the time-sharing mechanism of the platform also greatly enriches the social significance of the campus.

Floating and leaping

Romance between mountains and rivers

Living between mountains and rivers, the skyline is undulating like mountains. The platform greening in the public space of the building and the tree-like structure under the laminates constitute the intention of “forest terrace” in the campus, which is fully integrated with the surrounding environment.

Through the optimization of the structure, the view of the vertical components between the buildings to the landscape is simplified. On the one hand, it reflects the structural aesthetics of the buildings in the new era, and on the other hand, it shapes the architectural beauty of the buildings spanning and floating between nature, public space and The traffic space has a good view of the landscape, and the high-quality landscape environment fully penetrates into the campus, improving the quality of the place.

Mix and share

Blur the boundaries of teaching and shape a diverse campus culture

The continuous improvement of the autonomy of the contemporary campus has also inspired the complex and pluralistic design of the campus architecture. On the basis of ensuring basic activities such as teaching and living, the design combines the climate characteristics of Shenzhen to create a mixed area with blurred functional boundaries, creating a three-dimensional communication and activity space between the building units and open ends, allowing teachers and students to have More quality places to interact and be alone.

Comfort and Green

Healthy campus in the post-epidemic era

In the post-epidemic era, we pay more attention to creating a comfortable and green campus environment. The design ensures indoor thermal comfort through far-reaching overhangs and roof greening; spaced gray spaces and open traffic spaces allow for smooth air circulation in the campus; the corridors are positioned through a perforated panel shading system to avoid direct sunlight and provide Soft ventilation and light. The design adopts the overall prefabricated wall panel scheme, combined with a series of special designs such as structural selection and sponge city, to ensure the green and low-carbon operation of the school and create a healthy campus in the post-epidemic era.
